No purchase necessary: Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States USA, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per person. Single entry enters the party in all dinner and performance giveaway events for the 07-08 season. Employees, contractors and directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sweepstake starts September 10, 2007 at 12:00 am Central Time (CT) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CT) on April 14, 2008. 2. To enter: Complete the Registration form on the website hopkinsartscenter.com. Promotion link is located on home page. Complete the registration form in full. All entries must be received Sunday night, midnight three (3) weeks prior to each event. Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. 3. Drawing: Random drawings will take place around 9 a.m. CT on Mondays, three (3) week's prior to each main stage event. The winner will be chosen under the supervision of Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. The decision of Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. is final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by e-mail. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days the prize is void. All tickets and gift certificates will be available for pick up in Room 206, Hopkins Center for the Arts located at 1111 Mainstreet, Hopkins, MN 55343 during regular business hours. 4. Prizes: Up to four winners for each event during the 07-08 season. For each Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. main stage performance (no film, Festival on the EDGE, or private events), one (1) dinner and performance prize consisting of two tickets to a single Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. event and one (1) gift certificate valued at $50 or more to a local restaurant will be awarded. Three (3) second prizes will also be awarded for each event consisting of two tickets to the identified performance. The decisions by Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. are final in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. The winner will be drawn from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned. No prize or cash substitutes allowed. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. Taxes and gratuity on the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. 5. General conditions: Prize-winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 7 business days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or prize notification or prize returned as non-deliverable, may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. and its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting prize, winner grants permission for Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. and those acting under its authority, to use his or her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes registrations submitted by mass registrations or automated form submissions will be considered invalid. Valid registration requires direct registration submission by the eligible winner while visiting the Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. website sweepstakes registration page. 6. Internet: If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Hopkins Center for the Arts, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
