Junior School Music
Instrumental Music
Students who wish to experience the rewards of ensemble playing will enjoy this art choice. The course introduces students to the skills and techniques of musical collaboration. The repertoire is chosen depending on the instrumentation and the ability level of the group.
Vocal Music
This course is for students with a keen interest in singing in two and three-part harmony, in preparation for Concert Choir in the Middle School years. It also emphasizes vocal production, basic music theory, and sight singing.
